A leading National law firm are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their successful BD and Marketing team based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of the firm’s key sectors, in which the role holder will develop an in-depth knowledge and be a key advisor to the lead partners. This role is great for someone looking for development and who wants to be within an award winning working environment.

The Responsibilities:

• Implement sector focused business development and marketing activities.
• Identify opportunities for growth and continue to expand the Client programme, by implementing profile raising activities with current and prospective clients.
• Be abreast with emerging market trends and competitor analysis.
• Support the partners in the creation of strategic marketing plans, through to the production and implementation of them.
• Lead sector focused campaigns, with the help of the marketing team, regularly reviewing and assessing their effectiveness.
• Be a trusted advisor and influencer to senior stakeholders within the sector and further senior team.

The Candidate:

• Experienced in a similar role within the legal sector.
• Will hold a degree or marketing qualification.
• Will have excellent attention to details and communication skills.
• Experienced in the creation of marketing and BD plans.
