Blue Legal has partnered with a leading London based law firm with global reach for the hire of a Senior Business Development Executive. This role requires the role holder to support the firm’s international Business development plans, which will consist of regional taskforces and international law firm networks.

The Responsibilities:

• To support the development and management of formed relationships with the BD & Marketing team to understand annual BD plans and in what way, these might be aided by the international group to maximise opportunities.
• To support the implementation of the International Business Development plans, while producing regular reports of activity.
• Liaise with the team and assist with raising the profile of the International group and work within the firm.
• Collaboratively work alongside the Head of International, BD and marketing team and other region groups, supporting the deliverance of international strategy and new opportunities.
• Attending international conferences and client meetings, ensuring lawyer meetings are coordinated with network and other firms.
• Monitor, measure and report international BD activity using systems such as the CRM system.

The Candidate:

• Must have experience in a similar role within legal and/or professional services environment.
• To ideally have holistic knowledge of the international practice across the firm.
• To have strong relationship building skills, with the ability to build good rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
