Our client, an esteemed and award-winning Top 500 law firm based in the vibrant Yorkshire area, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join their full-time, permanent team. The Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee an innovative marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with Partners on brand, strategy, and specific projects.
• Manage an annual budget and measure marketing campaign costs.
• Create and manage events like webinars, conferences, and thought leadership contributions.
• Guide the daily activities of the marketing team.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities, adjusting plans as needed.
• Provide tools for lawyers for business development and customer service.
• Enhance the organisation’s social media presence.
• Report on marketing campaign effectiveness using KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research studies.
• Negotiate promotional material agreements with media agencies.

 The Candidate:

• Previous experience working within a legal / professional services firm.
• Oversee the marketing department, including recruiting, supervising, and mentoring team members.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively, and representing the firm in line with best practice.
• Familiarity with current industry trends and competitors activity.
