Blue Legal have partnered with a world-class leading law firm, who are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to help build and deepen relationships with priority clients, particularly in the Financial Services group. This role focuses on driving business growth, cross-selling services, and protecting existing revenue streams across a global network. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a global law firm’s business growth and client strategy while working in a dynamic, supportive, and diverse environment.

The Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client teams to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and cross-sell services, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategy.
• Conduct analysis to identify potential collaborations and new business streams, assisting with pitches and value-added services to clients.
• Work closely with various sector teams to maximise cross-selling opportunities and ensure effective client coverage.
• Provide excellent client service, engage regularly with clients, and manage fee negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent communication.
• Champion business development among junior fee earners, fostering client relationships across all levels and monitoring the progress of BD initiatives.
• Oversee financial performance of key accounts, assist with secondments, and ensure the partnership is well-prepared for client meetings and presentations.

 The Candidate:

• Previous BD experience working within a legal / professional services environment.
• Strong client relationship management, preferably with private equity or financial services clients.
• Excellent communication, project management, and commercial acumen, with a client-service oriented approach.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the firm and with clients.
