We’re looking for experienced Client Liaison Advisors to join a reputable UK law firm specialising in property, litigation, family law, and private client services. The Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement: Qualify and engage new leads, assess legal needs, and establish rapport through multiple channels.
• Conversion Strategy: Use consultative methods to educate prospects, manage the lead pipeline, and address objections to drive conversions.
• Client Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication, build trust, and track interactions to support long-term client relationships.
• Team Collaboration & Reporting: Work with solicitors and marketing to improve strategies and report on lead performance with actionable insights.

The Candidate:

• Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients, using empathy to tailor responses to individual client needs and concerns.
• Persistent in follow-up efforts, adaptable to a range of client scenarios, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Upholds the firm’s values, building client trust through transparent and honest communication.
• Works well with solicitor teams and marketing to refine client engagement strategies and ensure a seamless client experience across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
