A leading international law firm is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to support their Leeds office. The ideal candidate is an experienced and confident Internal Communications Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of PR, Internal and Digital communications that support the firm’s strategy. You will be required to win the support of stakeholders, lead projects and be part of a high performing team.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal communications strategy and deliver comms and campaigns which are engaging.
  • Tactical and blended use of channels, media and messaging to improve employee engagement.
  • Build relationships, drive and source content from teams across the firm, demonstrating the firms.
  • Take lead in the management of core channels.
  • Devising creative and engaging internal campaigns.
  • Be responsible for influencing wider marketing teams and stakeholders on best practice communication approaches and tactics.

 The Candidate

  • Degree and at least five years’ experience in internal communications working in a consultancy or in house.
  • Legal or professional services experience is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to establish credibility with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to understand and identify with the firm and its objectives and values.
