We’re working with a specialist law firm to find a Marketing Assistant to join their team in London. The Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of pitch documents and marketing materials to support client development and new business opportunities.
- Help maintain and update key marketing channels, including the firm’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, and client alerts.
- Coordinate both online and in-person events such as webinars, seminars, and briefings overseeing invites, attendance, and logistics.
- Support the upkeep of lawyer profiles and assist with legal directory submissions.
- Contribute to internal business development meetings and manage contact databases and distribution lists.
- Liaise with external providers and assist in delivering targeted digital campaigns and promotional content.
The Candidate:
- Some prior experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using digital tools including website CMS (e.g. WordPress), email marketing platforms (e.g. CreateSend), and Microsoft Office).
- A working knowledge of social media (particularly LinkedIn) and an interest in video content creation and editing.
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and working collaboratively across teams.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
