A leading professional services firm are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Cardiff. The successful role holder will participate towards to the delivery of the firm’s overarching PR and Communications strategy, while supporting the development of an overall digital communication plan. This is a great role for someone with good technical digital marketing skills who enjoys working with content.

The Responsibilities:

  • To maintain a high standard of content across internal and external digital channels.
  • Act as brand champion, ensuring the firm’s purpose, narrative, and tone are reflected in all internal and external content.
  • Implement both output and processes, providing strategic advice on the best ways to communicating digitally.
  • Work alongside the firm’s website and intranet external suppliers, and in-house IT team, supporting any software development, upgrades and issues.
  • Support the wider BD and Marketing team with lead generation campaigns, SEO activity and other related projects.
  • Provide pro-active guidance and training to content authors across the firm, ensuring all digital platforms contain consistent, accessible, and up-to-date information.

The Candidate:

  • To have knowledge of HTML and CSS and a track record in working with content management systems and training others to use them, ideally WordPress.
  • Experience of managing a SharePoint intranet would also be beneficial, but not essential.
  • To have experience in mobile applications and a good understanding of responsive web design.
