A leading national law firm is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to support the successful delivery of its multi-channel internal communications strategy. The role is pivotal in ensuring all employees align with the firm’s overarching strategy and vision while fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation.

The Responsibilities:

• Work with the Senior Communications Manager to develop & implement the internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm’s corporate objectives.
• Management of core communication channels, including the intranet and office screens, and innovate engagement opportunities.
• Produce and oversee content for internal communications, such as the monthly newsletter, Leadership Bulletins, and alumni newsletter.
• Manage logistics and provide counsel for strategic internal events like the AGM, annual Strategy Briefing, and alumni networking events.
• Create and edit high-quality communications content, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all internal channels.
• Work with the People team to support employer branding, talent initiatives, and internal campaigns.
• Establish and manage metrics to assess communication effectiveness, report on impact, and recommend improvements to optimize engagement and ROI.
• Align internal communications with external efforts, promoting two-way engagement and user-generated content where relevant.

The Candidate:

• Experience in a management role dedicated to internal communications.
• Exceptional writing abilities and attention to detail in proofreading/editing content.
• Excellent at engaging with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to craft and execute internal communications campaigns and events.
• Proficient in Microsoft communication tools and digital social platforms.
