A leading international law firm is seeking a Marketing & BD Executive to join their team based in London. The role-holder will be support the marketing and BD team’s BD efforts through the delivery of marketing & BD initiatives, and working with the communications team to raise the profile of the sector and overall firm.

The Responsibilities:

  • Contribute towards the delivery of marketing and BD initiatives for key sector teams.
  • Collaboration with knowledge lawyers across the firm to identify new business / cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop pitches, capability statements and presentation materials based on pitch requirements.
  • Drive seminar programmes, conferences, other events in line with the marketing and BD plans.
  • Provide support in managing the group’s participation in relevant legal directories and awards submissions.
  • Proactively raise awareness of practice areas through internal communications channels.
  • Assist with the production and delivery of marketing collateral, with the support of fee earners and Knowledge Management team as necessary.

The Candidate:

  • Previous BD experience working within a legal / professional services environment.
  • Possess good project management skills.
  • Experience or knowledge within the Litigation sector (Advantageous).
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task and manage competing priorities/projects.
  • Degree educated, possibly with a Marketing (CIM) qualification.
