Blue Legal has partnered with a top-ranked international accountancy firm to hire a Senior BD Manager for their London office. The role-holder will be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of projects and campaigns, to raise the profile of the firm’s Private Client service lines.

The Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the firm’s Private Client practice, in line with objectives, ensuring its successful implementation.
• Establish and maintain a strong business development program for key referrers, applying best practices and tracking ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with key referrers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling services and understanding client needs.
• Identify and target new clients, collaborating with sector partners to convert prospects into clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor implementation of marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and events to enhance the visibility and reputation of the practice.
• Effectively manage the budget allocated for business development and marketing activities, ensuring a high return on investment.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to measure success of business development activities and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

The Candidate:

• Experience working in a similar role within the professional services sector.
• Proven relevant private client group experience.
• Possess project management / delegation skills.
• Must have excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
