A leading regional law firm is searching for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team, based in the North, You will play a crucial role in advancing the firm’s digital presence and supporting its consumer service areas. This position involves close collaboration with department heads to implement marketing plans, enhance online visibility, and drive business development objectives. You will also manage the day-to-day relationship with the firm’s digital agency and oversee various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

The Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with consumer Heads of Departments to deliver marketing plans.
• Promote cross-selling across departments and stay informed on market developments.
• Draft and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance the firm’s profile and generate new client opportunities.
• Increase online rankings and manage PPC campaigns with the digital agency. Maintain and update private client department website pages.
• Work with advisors to produce thought leadership content for relevant press and blogs. Champion social media presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
• Initiate press releases with the digital and press agency. Submit entries to directories (e.g., Chambers and Legal 500) and identify suitable awards for departments.
• Organise targeted events and coordinate, edit, and distribute newsletters and eAlerts.
• Work with the design agency on campaign marketing visuals and aesthetics.
• Ensure high ReviewSolicitors scores by encouraging department participation and feedback.

The Candidate:

• Relevant marketing degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Postgraduate marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong background in full marketing mix and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
